Someone's had to shimmy up that lamppost to stick that there... surely there's better ways to brighten up that dingy corner, more inventive graffiti perhaps.

There's plenty of the graffiti, murals, posters, further down the street. But I expect whoever shimmied up the post is well used to shimmying - it's non-stop jubilee 'round there.
