Trick is to find something level and solid to put your camera on while it hangs out its loooooong exposure. Honestly, If I could have one superhero superpower, it would very steady hands.
I think it would be a bit dull for Rock Steady: he'd be sitting there by the Rockphone in the Palace of Perpetual Stillness, waiting for that call to save the world using his powers of utter immobility and steadfast fixity to... to... Poor sod would probably end up as an auxiliary lab technician or hanging around city landmarks at night offering to take tourists' photos for them "I will not cause shake blur, my hands are like steel. Steel!"
But I really like the name - his costume would have to be very Mod, and when not being perfectly frozen he'd bust out moves to Ska and Bluebeat tunes.
